Sonder is the feeling or an understanding that other people are living a full and complex life unique to your own. To us, Sonder is a journey; paths intertwining, intersecting and cross one another.

While Michelle and I are dog owners and lovers ourselves, we have decided that our patio will be dog-free. We know this doesn’t work for everyone, but it is a policy that we have come to after careful thought and consideration. we know that there are a lot of wondering dog-friendly establishments in Charleston that can accommodate.

Yes! We have a food menu. While the focus of Sonder is certainly on the wine, we do have a background in restaurants, so food is a major passion of ours. Expect to see a more balanced food menu than you might normally expect in a wine bar.

Yes! Sonder has a large private patio located in the back of our shop. It’s the perfect oasis.

Yes, we are involved in several other projects in Charleston under our restaurant group, Good Neighbors Industries, including neighborhood favorites, Daps, and Rudy Royale. We also own a catering company, Seed Catering.
